hwgroup-bg.com is an online store that is managed by an administrator and is used by users under the conditions set out below. This document serves as a binding and mandatory contract applicable to all versions and devices where store services are available. The access, consideration or use of the site means acceptance and consent of the user to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms or any clauses in them, please do not use this site.

Accepting GTC

These GTC constitute a legal agreement between the Administrator and the User, which contains the conditions for using the online store. The GTC apply equally to both registered and unregistered users. Acceptance and agreement with the GTC is a mandatory condition for using the site. The GTC become effective as soon as the user first uses the site or creates a user profile. They are applicable to each visit and use of the site and are valid until the user’s account is closed and / or the use of the site is discontinued. The user is responsible for their actions related to the use of the site and after closing their account.The relations between the users and the Administrator in accordance to the use of online stores are controlled exclusively by these GTC, the Privacy Policy, and other policies and instructions that are created and published on the Website by the Administrator and are an integral part of the GTC.

Access and registration

The online store services are designed for users over 16 years of age who are capable of making deals. With the acceptance of the GTC, the User declares that they meet these conditions.

The Administrator reserves the right to refuse access to services or to reject a request for user registration in case the information specified by the User is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, and in other cases provided in the GTC.

A profile may be blocked or closed if, at the decision of the Administrator or investigating and judicial authorities, it is established or is in the process of establishing that this account has been, or is being, a fraud in connection with the Services or if the User participated in actions that are unlawful or in violation of the GTC and their attachments.

With the acceptance of the GTC, the User expresses their informed consent that any advertising messages, newsletters, campaigns and any other messages sent by the Administrator to the user-registered email address and telephone will not be considered as “unrequested commercial messages” within the meaning of Article 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act.


Orders can be made through the website or by email. In the second case, you must receive a confirmation of your order, a payment link, and a request for the necessary information you should provide for delivery. There is no minimum order number.


All prices on our website are VAT inclusive and in US dollars (USD) currency.

If you have a VAT registration

If you are a company / individual from the EU (excluding Bulgaria) and you have a VAT registration, then you need to contact us so we can provide you with a link for payment VAT exclusive. In order to do so, please send us a valid VAT number by email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Payment methods

All orders are prepaid and sent only after they are paid. We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal – before completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment confirmation system.
Strype Payment Gateway – you payments are processed via Stripe (We do not collect any payment information)

All orders are accepted, processed and sent within 3 business days, unless otherwise notified. On the day of shipment you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and information how and where you can track your shipment. You can choose from the following shipping methods:

DHL / FedEx: In case you wish to ship by courier, please contact us to calculate the amount for your shipment. Delivery time is from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the service selected. You will be given a link to pay the additional amount. Your order will be shipped only after receiving the full delivery amount. We do not send shipments on client’s account!

Import and Custom Duties and Taxes

All import duties and charges for international shipments are customer responsibility. We are not responsible for additional fees after sending the original package.

If the customer refuses to pay these additional import charges, the return delivery and any additional charges will be deducted from the purchase amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. In case that the return delivery together with the fees exceeds the amount of the order, nothing will be refunded to the customer. Please consult your local customs authorities for the import duties and taxes you have to pay before ordering.

Claims and Returns

All products are checked and tested before they are sent out. In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to specify the details of returning and sending a new shipment, at the customer expense.
Claims are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and in cases where the damage is caused by transport or defect.
If the goods are found to be in working condition, and the lack of functionality is a result of lack of knowledge on the customers part, no refund will be made, but the goods will be returned to the user at their expense.
Products must be returned as they are sent, with all accessories and the original packaging.
We do not accept claims for shipments if the product has been used for a long time, changes have been made (both visible and functional, including firmware changes) or disassembled, as well as in the case of damaged packaging and incomplete appearance.
There are rare cases where shipments do not reach the customer when sent by registered air mail. If you have not received your shipment within 30 working days of the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will send your order again at our expense.
If you have provided us with a wrong, inaccurate or incomplete address, your shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the cost of re-sending is at your own expense. We will reship only after receiving the first shipment.
Transport costs are not refundable.

We reserve the right to update these GTC from time to time. We will publish the changes on this page and will inform you by email or on our website.

WooCommerce Automatic Order Printing

In this Blog post we will share our experience with the possibility to print automatically order receipts, packing slips and additional custom order data.

We have several online web shops where we sell different hand crafted products, manufactured by us. With the time we needed a way to improve our order management process with the possibility to print each new order automatically with order details, shipping address and in addition a packing slip. To save time and money we have decided to develop our own plugin to allow us to print this data on a receipt printer as printing each order on A4 paper is a bit expensive in terms of paper , ink etc and definitely not environmental friendly.

We have made a plugin that sends formatted plain text emails specially formatted for print with 58mm Thermal Receipt printers. These emails are triggered based on the order status change (for example when a customer makes new order the status changes from pending to processing and a new email with the order data is sent to the email address configured in the plugin). On the receiving side a Mozilla Thunderbird client with a auto-print addon and filters that will detect a specific keyword and automatically send the email for printing to the thermal printer is used, thus printing each order on a thermal printer paper.

The Plugin is lives at WordPress.org and it can be downloaded for free.

The plugin has several templates for printing order notifications and packing slips. It also has the possibility to make custom order notifications using shortcodes in the plugin’s configuration.
