Terms and Conditions
www.hwgroup-bg.com is a company website, that is managed by an administrator and is used by users under the conditions set out below.
This document serves as a binding and mandatory contract applicable to all versions and devices where website services are available. The access, consideration or use of the site means acceptance and consent of the user to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms or any clauses in them, please do not use this site.
These GTC constitute a legal agreement between the Administrator and the User, which contains the conditions for using the website. The GTC apply equally to both registered and unregistered users. Acceptance and agreement with the GTC is a mandatory condition for using the site.
The GTC become effective as soon as the user first uses the site or creates a user profile. They are applicable to each visit and use of the site and are valid until the user’s account is closed and / or the use of the site is discontinued. The user is responsible for their actions related to the use of the site and after closing their account.
Access and registration
The website/company services are designed for users over 16 years of age who are capable of making deals. With the acceptance of the GTC, the User declares that they meet these conditions.
The Administrator reserves the right to refuse access to services or to reject a request for user registration in case the information specified by the User is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, and in other cases provided in the GTC.
A profile may be blocked or closed if, at the decision of the Administrator or investigating and judicial authorities, it is established or is in the process of establishing that this account has been, or is being, a fraud in connection with the Services or if the User participated in actions that are unlawful or in violation of the GTC and their attachments.
With the acceptance of the GTC, the User expresses their informed consent that any advertising messages, newsletters, campaigns and any other messages sent by the Administrator to the user-registered email address and telephone will not be considered as “unrequested commercial messages” within the meaning of Article 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
Orders can be made through the websites www.irdroid.com and www.irdroid.eu or by email. In the second case, you must receive a confirmation of your order, a payment link, and a request for the necessary information you should provide for delivery. There is no minimum order number.
All prices on our website are VAT exclusive and in US dollars (USD) currency.
If you have a VAT registration
If you are a company / individual from the EU (excluding Bulgaria) and you have a VAT registration, then you need to contact us so we can provide you with a link for payment VAT exclusive. In order to do so, please send us a valid VAT number by email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
All orders through the websites www.irdroid.com and www.irdroid.eu are prepaid and sent only after they are paid. We accept the following payment methods:
-PayPal – before completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s payment confirmation system.
-Bank transfer – In case you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us. For amounts over 100 EUR (115 USD), additional bank charge of 2.6% of the total amount of the order will apply.
All orders through the websites www.irdroid.com and www.irdroid.eu are accepted, processed and sent within 3 business days, unless otherwise notified. On the day of shipment you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and information how and where you can track your shipment. You can choose from the following shipping methods:
-Registered priority airmail with tracking number: it is used by default at a fixed price of USD 6. The delivery time is up to 30 business days, but usually takes about 10 days for European countries, and up to 2 weeks for the US and Canada.
Please note that initial information about sending your shipment can be found on the Bulgarian Post website (www.bgpost.bg). Once the shipment left Bulgaria, detailed information will not be available. It is your responsibility to further monitor and check up with your local post offices or their website. Any further information about the delivery will only be available once the package within the boundaries of the country you have set at the shipping address.
-UPS Standard / Express: If you wish to ship by courier, please contact us to calculate the amount for your shipment. Usually prices vary about USD 50 for shipments of up to 0.5kg. Delivery time is from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the selected service. You will be given a link to pay the additional amount. Your order will be shipped only after receiving the full delivery amount. We do not send shipments on client’s account!
-DHL / FedEx: In case you wish to ship by courier, please contact us to calculate the amount for your shipment. Delivery time is from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the service selected. Import and Custom Duties and Taxes
All import duties and charges for international shipments are customer responsibility. We are not responsible for additional fees after sending the original package.
If the customer refuses to pay these additional import charges, the return delivery and any additional charges will be deducted from the purchase amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. In case that the return delivery together with the fees exceeds the amount of the order, nothing will be refunded to the customer. Please consult your local customs authorities for the import duties and taxes you have to pay before ordering.
Claims and Returns
All products are checked and tested before they are sent out. In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to specify the details of returning and sending a new shipment, at the customer expense.
Claims are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the shipment and in cases where the damage is caused by transport or defect.
If the goods are found to be in working condition, and the lack of functionality is a result of lack of knowledge on the customers part, no refund will be made, but the goods will be returned to the user at their expense.
Products must be returned as they are sent, with all accessories and the original packaging.
We do not accept claims for shipments if the product has been used for a long time, changes have been made (both visible and functional, including firmware changes) or disassembled, as well as in the case of damaged packaging and incomplete appearance.
There are rare cases where shipments do not reach the customer when sent by registered air mail. If you have not received your shipment within 30 working days of the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will send your order again at our expense.
If you have provided us with a wrong, inaccurate or incomplete address, your shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the cost of re-sending is at your own expense. We will reship only after receiving the first shipment.
Transport costs are not refundable.
Changes in GTC
We reserve the right to update these GTC from time to time. We will publish the changes on this page and will inform you by email or on our website.
